Hunter S. Thompson Ends it All

Hunter S. Thompson died as a result of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home in Aspen at the age of 67. The subject of a 1980 movie with Bill Murray called Where the Buffalo Roam as well as the more recent Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas with Johnny Dep, Thompson was a complex man and a cultural icon. He made his home in Aspen, Colorado and was one of the founders of Flying Dog Ales. He dared to explore the boundaries of being human and I guess the world is a little colder today without him.
